How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Timeline: Please request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and with all original tags attached.
  3. How to Contact: Email us at support@nbnfashion.store or use our Contact Us form. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to exchange, and your preferred resolution.

What Can Be Exchanged?

  • Apparel that arrived defective, damaged, or in error.
  • Unworn products in their original packaging with the full tags attached, as mentioned above.

Exchange Terms:

  • Return shipping is FREE for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
    For all other cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • You can choose a replacement product or receive store credit for your return, as per your preference.
  • We cannot process exchanges for items that do not meet our conditions or if the request is made after 7 days from delivery.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Products that are used, worn, altered, or washed, or missing original packaging or tags.
  • Undergarments, socks, custom clothing, and products purchased through clearance or final sale promotions.
