your order.
- Condition: Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and with
all original tags attached.

want to exchange, and your preferred resolution.
What Can Be Exchanged?
- Apparel that arrived defective, damaged, or in error.
- Unworn products in their original packaging with the full tags attached, as mentioned
above.
Exchange Terms:
- Return shipping is FREE for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped
items.
For all other cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- You can choose a replacement product or receive store credit for your return, as per
your preference.
- We cannot process exchanges for items that do not meet our conditions or if the request
is made after 7 days from delivery.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Products that are used, worn, altered, or washed, or missing original packaging or tags.
- Undergarments, socks, custom clothing, and products purchased through clearance or final
sale promotions.
